With Tier 2, users have access to 23 more targeting metrics for a total of 42. The available metrics go beyond some of the elementary behavioral and geographic targeting, to some of the more advanced forms related to initiated or abandoned bookings. These Tier 2 metrics also include booking/conversion metrics such as Completed a Booking, Most Recent Booking - Number of Rooms, Average Cart Total Across All Reservations, and more.

No matter the tier, all levels address business needs, but as one goes higher in the tiers, the more granular a user can be with their audience. By utilizing the 42 targeting metrics available in Tier 2, a user can build the following audience to address the business need of increasing ADR:

1. Median Household Income: Set to $100k+ to reach people with higher buying power.

2. Has Visited: Create a tag on the suites page to show personalized content regarding suite offers.

3. Country: Target those not in the country that the hotel is located in since those that travel from farther away often times take longer vacations.

4. Avg Cart Total: Starting at $2,000+ to ensure that the personalized content is reaching those who have either stayed longer or booked suites.
