Atton Hotels, the leading hotel brand in Chile with locations in Peru, Colombia and the United States, has a portfolio of five properties. They partnered with HEBS Digital to build a new website, including the Reservation Abandonment Application Suite.

The abandonment tools needed to be universally tailored to speak to a multitude of audiences (i.e., English speakers, Spanish speakers, business travelers, transient travelers, leisure travelers, families, and others). 

Reservation Abandonment Emails were sent to users who began a website booking but left the site before it was complete. Reservation Abandonment Lightbox Displays were utilized offering exclusive specials. Together, these applications were able to recover 388 bookings in the firsts six months of 2017.
