Employee Spotlight: Pete Seidenberg, CEO

What’s your role at HEBS Digital and what do you do?

I’m the new CEO at HEBS Digital. The last 6 months have been an exciting but challenging time — in the best possible way. I love working with the team to streamline processes that allow them to better serve our clients, while at the same time fostering talent and training teams to be the best they can be. Every day, my aim is to instill an entrepreneurial environment that provides everyone with the tools to further their careers and grow as people.


What did you do before working at HEBS Digital?

Boy, that’s a long list! I have worked in more than 15 industries and filled almost every role in a company, from shop-floor work to sales, accounting, and law. And finally — without the education to back it up — a board member.


What’s your favorite part about your job?

Working with the team to identify areas of needed improvement and solve problems that will help us achieve our long-term goals.


What’s your favorite hotel and why?

That’s hard! The Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong is pretty cool because it’s a classic. The Hotel Oriental in Munich is also a favorite — I love that part of Germany. DuPlooy’s Jungle Lodge in Belize is also on my list.


What’s an essential item you can’t travel without?

My cell phone and computer. It may be a predictable answer, but I like to stay connected and work hard on the things I love — even on the go.
