This campaign’s goal was to improve Penn’s View Hotel’s visibility on search engine results pages for city center keywords and improve their organic conversion rate.

How did we solve it?

Optimizations were implemented on the Penn’s View Hotel website such as removing unnecessary noindex tags, updating schema and implementing redirects to mobile site links. In addition, a focus on destination-specific keywords was incorporated into the strategy along with continuous tracking and monitoring in order to seriously improve organic visibility and conversions.

The Proof:

Ongoing SEO increased organic revenue by 120% and organic bookings by 111% year-over-year. The property also saw increases in month-over-month organic metrics including an 85% increase in conversion rate. Penn’s View Hotel was also able to obtain their highest organic revenue, highest conversion rate, and lowest bounce rate since the implementation of ongoing SEO.
