By working with your booking vendor, HeBS Digital is able to install a unique merchant ID on the hotel reservations pages. This ID will capture your prospective guests’ selected choice of hotel (applicable for multi-property companies), dates of stay, number of rooms, room type, any additional services selected, and the email address. All this information is then delivered back to the prospective guest in a branded email with the ability to deep link back to the once abandoned reservation page.
