By working with this leading website hosting center, we have created a website fail-over hosting environment to ensure our client websites always stay up, no matter what. We do not depend on a single provider, and instead, spread our fail-over network over multiple providers, in different data centers, on multiple networks, in different cities:

• The main hosting facility is RackSpace in Virginia
• The Secondary (Web Failover) Hosting Facility is in Dallas, Texas

If a problem should arise with the primary server that our clients’ websites are on, website traffic will automatically be routed to the secondary server in the alternate data center. When the problem with the primary server has been resolved, traffic will automatically be routed back to the primary server. By doing this, the hosting risk is spread over multiple providers and cities. Any single-provider fail-over solution still has a single-point-of-failure. This is not the case with our fail-over website hosting solution.

In other words: this is a guarantee for our client websites' being 100% up and running.

Hotel website hosting fees are based on size of website traffic, size of content, bandwidth used, etc. Hospitality and travel website hosting fees are billed on a quarterly basis and start as low as $30/month. Fees for website updates and enhancements, and website application and database developments are billed in 15-minute increments (no monthly minimum).
